We're extremely excited to finally be putting out a small run of Magnacut "production blades*"!
Magnacut has proven to be an excellent steel known for it's extreme durability at high hardness. Each blade was carefully ground by hand and sharpened at 23 DPS on a water cooled stone to preserve edge quality. Taken to shaving sharpness (my forearms are very smooth, don't worry though, we clean them with alcohol) and assembled with our new wave textured handle scales, these Kliffs are an invaluable addition to any performance oriented EDC.
The Kliff was designed to be a utility workhorse with a few subtle features that lend themselves to a highly ergonomic "pencil grip" for precision applications. The ridges on the spine serve as a series of thumb ramps for multiple grip positions with a cleverly located "pinch pad" nearby for long, flat cuts.
*We say "Production," more hand work goes into these than any other "production" knife you'll ever buy (blades are ground by hand), but we needed a way to distinguish our more user/budget oriented line from our higher end blades.
