We get asked a lot of questions about our knives and processes. Chances are, we already have an answer for you!
Q: How does a custom order work?
Purchase your drafting consultation and a WKT representative will receive your request and reach out to you within 3-5 business days. The draft fee covers the service of creating a totally custom design produced in a CAD based drafting software. Once your design is finalized, we will give you an estimated total cost, a nonrefundable down-payment of 50% of that figure will reserve your slot. Due to variables beyond our control, the final price may be different from the estimate. We guarantee that it will not be more than 10% higher than the original price quoted.

Q: Do you have a warranty?
Yes. It is a lifetime, common sense warranty evaluated on a case by case basis up to a full replacement. This means that if you have any issues with the knife at all, please let us know. Our focus is on making sure you have a quality tool that will perform well.
Q: How do you make your knives?

Q: I placed an order a few weeks ago, can I cancel it?
We have a 48 hour order cancellation policy, meaning if you placed an order over 48 hours ago it's already in our schedule system and we will be unable to cancel your knife. 

 Q: My custom order is ready, can I pay for it on (x) day when I get paid?


There is a 14 day grace period for payment following the completion of the blade. This means that if the blade is not paid for within 14 days of you receiving word that your blade is ready, we reserve the right to resell the blade. In the event of this happening, the 50% down payment for custom orders will be non refundable as well. 


Q: Do you allow returns?

We allow returns up to 72 hours after delivery providing the product is unused and in original condition. There is a 35% restocking fee associated with any and all returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the return request. 


Q: Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally, but we are not held liable for any issues involving customs processing. If the blade is returned to us we will willingly ship it back up to two additional times provided the customer assumes responsibility for any additional shipping charges. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY.
