We get a lot of questions about our knives and processes. Chances are, we already have an answer for you!
Where can I purchase your blades?
Right here! We have two pages on our website dedicated to available knives. Our standard production style blades are located in “Production Knives”, and our higher end custom blades can be found in “Signature Series”.
We also work with a variety of retailers including but not limited to DLT, Smoky Mountain Knife Works, and Rivers Edge Cutlery. If you’re ever skeptical about the legitimacy of another dealer/website, please reach out to us directly in the “Contact Us” page.
Do you have a lifetime warranty?
Yes, we honor a lifetime common sense warranty evaluated on a case-by-case basis up to a full replacement. If the knife is damaged under normal use or has defects in material or workmanship, the owner is entitled to compensation up to a full replacement. Our focus is on making sure you have a reliable quality tool that will perform well. Our warranty does not cover misuse.
Do you allow returns?
A full refund can be given to an unshipped order canceled within 24 hours of purchase. We also allow returns up to 72 hours after delivery providing the product is unused, in original condition, and containing all parts associated with the order. There is a 25% restocking fee with any and all returns. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of the request.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship internationally, but we are not held liable for any issues involving customs processing. If the blade is returned to us we will willingly ship it back up to two additional times provided the customer assumes responsibility for any additional shipping charges. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY.
Do you make custom blades?
Yes, but custom slots are only available about once a year with limited openings. These slots are announced on our social media and newsletter, so be sure to sign up if you are interested as they usually sell out in under 24 hours.
Can you make me another sheath?
Due to the handmade nature of our sheath production at the moment, we do not sell additional sheaths. If you are interested in getting another sheath made for your blade, I am more than happy to do that. Shoot me an email through “Contact Us” and we will work something out! Lead times may vary.
What attachments can I use on my sheaths?
All sorts! Our sheaths come with eyelet holes drilled half inch on center which means your WKT blade will be compatible with almost all carry options. Some of my favorites include; IWB loops, Molle Lok, Ulti-Clip, and Discreet Carry Concepts.
