Technically A pre-release of our 2023 Eddy 2 profile, the Signature Series Eddy 2 features a thinly ground Z-Wear blade with a raw two tone finish and toasted "Churro" texture handle scales. The blade features our signature "Weighted Edge" (approx 0.015"-0.03" BTE) for added tip durability without sacrificing the smooth geometry of a continuous hollow.

WHAT IS "HARD GRINDING"?
A blade that is ground in it's hardened state. This ensures even carbide distribution down to the cutting edge for improved edge holding ability and allows for greater dimensional accuracy. This process takes an extended period of time and care must be taken to keep the blade from overheating at the grinder.
